All products shall go through: 

Chemical analysis: Chemical compositions analysis practiced to ensure desired chemical standards.

Atmospheric pressure and hydraulic test: Experimented to pressure pipes one by one under a necessary pressure value in no less than 5 seconds and no leakage should occur. Normal hydraulic pressure value is 2.45Mpa and atmospheric pressure is P-0.59Mpa.

Corrosion test: Corrosion resistance test has been experimented to the corrosion-resistance pipes in conformity with the standards stipulated or jointly agreed corrosion measures and no tendency of intercrystalline corrosion should occur.

Technical performances test: Flattening test, Tensile test, Impact test, Flaring test, Hardness test, Metallographic test, Bending test, Nondestructive inspection (eddy current test, X ray test and Ultrasonic test)
